Return & Cancellation Policies

Original Art
All Original Artwork sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Art Prints
All Art Print sales are final. All of our prints are “made to order” therefore we are not able to offer a refund or return.

Art Print Exchanges:
All Art Print sales are final. We do allow exchanges ONLY within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for Art Prints ONLY in undamaged condition. An exchange for another print of equal or greater value is available. All shipping charges for the exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer. A 10% restocking fee is applied and PLEASE retain the original packaging to ensure safe return.

Art Print Cancellations:
All Art Print sales are final. A cancellation can only be made if the print has not been made yet. All our prints are “made to order” and occasionally, if we have not started to print immediately, you may “catch” us before we begin printing. If this happens we are happy to cancel the order- but there is no guarantee of a cancelled print order. Please CONTACT me.

Damages:
Annette Tyrrell Studio is not liable for any damages, mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service. We do our best to package every order in sturdy flat mailers, tubes and in the case of smaller framed artwork in special boxes with care using extra cushion to ensure it arrives safely to your home. But once it leaves the studio we cannot guarantee the way it is handled.

All artwork is insured and tracked. You may file a claim with the shipping service responsible for the shipment if the item arrives damaged. All original artwork and prints are insured a minimum of $100 (larger artworks and prints are insured at full value).

Theft/Lost Packages:
If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier and the address is correct, and you believe your package to be lost in transit or stolen upon delivery, please contact the shipping service responsible for the package and file a claim.

Due to a labor shortage with shipping services, packages are not being scanned as frequently while “in transit”. Please allow up to 21 days before contacting the shipping service or me, please! During holidays, shipping times are being delayed due to the package volumes. Please be patient.

Shipping Time
I work very hard to get all orders shipped out in a timely manner, but processing times may vary (especially with prints “made to order”). Please be patient with me as a one person team. I want you to have your beautiful artwork as much as you do. And I want it to be delivered PERFECT to your home.

If for any reason your order takes more than 14 days to process from the time you purchased it, I will contact you to keep you informed and updated.

Print Quality and Colors
All prints are created on professional printers and “made to order”. These are Giclee reproductions and the prints are frequently mistaken for originals- the quality is that good! I make sure of it! The inks used are high quality pigments (lots of them to get the best quality) therefore be very careful NOT to use any kind of tape on the fronts as it may pull the pigments (yes including that low tack washi tape).

All information regarding white space and/or stretching of prints will be on the listing itself.

Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and check colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. I try my best to represent the colors and tones honestly and clearly. Having worked with Interior Designers for almost a decade- if the color needs to be swatched with a paint chip to ensure it works in your space- Please CONTACT me.

Remember ALL Sales are Final for both Original Artwork and Prints!

Studio Pickup
Please use the code LocalPickUP at checkout to delete the shipping charges and we will work out a place and time to meet for pickup! Please CONTACT me.

Ownership of Artwork

I retain ALL rights to ALL the artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing these rights, Please CONTACT me.

The collector or buyer may not in anyway reproduce the artwork without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or catalog or other media, I as for credit.

If you purchase an original piece of artwork and display it, please enjoy it. If you choose to resell it Please CONTACT me for my written permission.
