Meet Annette

I’ve always been drawn to nature—the colors, textures, and quiet calm of being outdoors. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, the forests, mountains, and lakes were my playground.

Traveling around the U.S. and exploring new landscapes has only deepened my
love of the natural world.

My journey as an artist began in my 30s with a watercolor class that changed everything. Later, working with plaster, paint, and decorative finishes taught me to see and create with texture and depth.

One special commission—a large plaster landscape—rekindled my passion for fine art, and in 2021 I released my first painting collection, Emergence, blending landscapes with tactile textures.

Today, I create abstract landscape and expressionist artwork that explores color, movement, and a sense of place. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me wandering the landscapes that inspire my work. Experiencing different environments shapes the way I see and interpret nature in my paintings.

I sell my work online and at regional art shows, sharing pieces that capture the beauty, color, and textures of the world around us. My hope is that my art speaks to your soul as much as it does to mine.
