Shipping and Processing Policies
Print Order Processing:
This refers to the time it takes for us to receive your order and print/prepare it for shipping. This typically means:
- Unframed prints are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.
- Stretched and framed prints may take up to 15 business days.
Please be patient as each print is "made to order" by people that care about artwork.
Remember: Shipping Times with the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) are in addition to our order processing time.
US Shipping Policy: A flat rate fee is charged at checkout. We choose the best carrier for the size, weight and insurance to ensure the best delivery. All framed and unframed prints for US collectors are made and shipped from within the USA.
Incorrect Shipping Information: All buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for shipping information being incorrect. In the event the carrier returns a package due to incorrect shipping information, the buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs as well as 50% value based re-printing costs if the print needs to be reprinted or is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.
ALL packages are insured for protection. We want you to receive your artwork in a timely manner and perfect condition.
