Refund policy
Returns
Each piece and every order is created and handled with great care. I want you to feel good about your purchase. If something doesn't match perfectly I handle returns like this:
Original Paintings
Original artwork sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.
Art Prints and Frames
Unframed prints are eligible for returns.
Framed prints and stretched prints are not eligible for returns as these items are "made to order".
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email me at studio@annettetyrrell.com. We cannot accept an item sent back without first requesting a return.
All refunds are made to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Return Shipping is not included in the refund and must be paid by the customer.
Once you have reached out to me, please make sure the return is:
- Shipped back in the original packaging.
- In "like-new, resalable condition"
Please use a tracked and insured ship method to return, if it arrives damaged or shows signs of wear we may not be able to issue a refund.
Damaged, defective, lost or stolen orders
Please reach out to us as soon as a problem occurs. Contact is studio@annettetyrrell.com, include clear photos of the problem and its packaging so we can assess how to proceed. Also please include your name and order number so we can find your order quickly.
Cancellations
We do our best to ensure we process each order in a quick and timely method- once an order has started production we may not be able to cancel. Therefore, any changes or cancellations MUST be sent to us within 24 hours of the order. We make no guarantee but will try our best to accommodate.
